Beginning Weight: 145lbs.
Week 1 Weigh-In: 142.8lbs.
Week 2 Weigh-In: 144.4lbs.
I so did not want to report this, but I said I would and I like to stick to my word. Like I said yesterday, hubs and I ate terrible this past weekend. I'm embarrassed about how much we ate out. Although it may not look like it, I climbed back on the wagon Monday and have been watching what I eat and have been working out. So, with that being said, I'd hate to think about what the scale would've shown this morning if I hadn't!
This week it's on like donkey kong! Saturday morning I'm meeting my friend Naomi at the gym and we're taking a class called Swimsuit Prep (or something like that). So, I'm looking forward to that! Also, the weather is going to be lovely the next few days so I'm going to try to fit in a run in there, too! Plus the cycling I'm already doing. So, scale beware - next week we will see better numbers!!!

I have sucked this week... I need to pull out the scale and see what kind of damage i've done. We got snow and it threw me off for a few days gym/eating-wise
Good Luck, Shannon! I have so wanted to get motivated and get back on track, but am having such a hard time. It has been so cold and snowy; and I have had a head cold, which isn't helping in the motivation. I'm making myself go outside this afternoon for a walk/jog.
I teach in Springdale so I probably don't know your aunt, but I'm starting to get out and meet more teachers at various events. Maybe I'll run into her one day.
Good luck girl, here's hoping that was just water weight and will fall right back off for you!
We all have those weeks, but you positivity is wonderful! Keep it up girl!
Everyone has those not-so-good weeks (or MONTHS in my case) - just remember that and learn from your mistakes. Your motivation is inpiring! Keep up the good work!
I love your blog. I weigh exactly the same. Let's slap people together.
you are back on track and trying and that's all you can do! at least you have the motivation and determination, the weight will come off hun!
Umm yeah. I gained too. Aunt flo visits and I can't stop eating!!! :-/ I'm so fat the battery doesn't want to work in my scale. Too much strain.
I hear ya girl! I'm hovering. Lose one gain one. What gives?!
It's just one week... you'll be fine.
I'm back on the weekly weigh in scale thing as well. For some reason I didn't gain holiday weight until January and then it was like WOW! I've had to cut out carbs and sugar to FINALLY see results. And then I will slowly add it back in. It's like I've forgotten how to eat properly! COME ON! Sometimes it takes a "bad" week to kick you into gear. If it's all good I tend to relax and THEN gain. So yah... Go you! I know you can do it!
